Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking with Arun Taxi & Travels.

1. Customer Cancellation

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund of any advance payment made.
  • 12–24 hours before pickup: 25% of the total fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 6–12 hours before pickup: 50% of the total fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 6 hours before pickup: No refund. Full fare is payable.
  • No-show (driver waiting for more than 30 minutes after scheduled pickup): Full fare is charged with no refund.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +91 99941 79675 or email us at support@aruntaxi.com with your booking reference number.

3. Company Cancellation

  • If we cancel a confirmed booking due to reasons within our control (e.g. vehicle breakdown with no replacement available), a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer a rescheduling option or a full refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
