These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Arun Taxi & Travels ("Company", "we", "us"). By booking a ride or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message or email.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, natural calamities or force majeure events.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup/drop locations and contact details at the time of booking.
2. Fares & Payments
- Fares are calculated as per the tariff published on our website at the time of booking.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond 15 minutes, toll fees, state permits, night allowance (after 10 PM) and hill station charges.
- Payments may be made by cash or online transfer as agreed at the time of booking.
3. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver at all times.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
4. Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to passenger belongings left in the vehicle.
- The Company's liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip in question.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures or acts of God.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
